A named account manager replies, not an autoresponder. You get a quote or one clarifying question.
We check the construction, dimensions and board choice against your product and shipping method — before we calculate the price.
A quote is not an order. We don’t call five times and we don’t sign you up to a newsletter.

E-commerce brands, retailers and manufacturers from Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom and the USA. The BitMechanics review is translated from German; the others are in the original English.
The most expensive moment in packaging isn’t the first order. It’s the one when your supplier can’t keep up with your growth and you start all over again: new die-cut, new shade, new conversations. With us that moment doesn’t have to come — the same line handles 2,000 pcs and 100,000 pcs a month .
From our orders 2021–2026: more than half of our customers come back for another order, 8 in 10 packaging orders are repeat orders, and one in three customers ordering 5,000+ pcs today started with a smaller batch.
The approved die-cut, board grade, flute type and colour reference are saved with your project in CustomPack.OS. On a re-order we don’t reconstruct what was agreed by e-mail — we reproduce the record.
Shade consistency between batches is the most common complaint in printed packaging. We work to an approved reference and check conformity on every subsequent run.
Made in the European Union. Short supply chain, no customs risk and no sea freight, a predictable lead time counted in weeks, not months.
Each of them in your size and with your print. If your product fits none of them — we design the die-cut from scratch. We also produce corrugated POS stands and displays and bulk cartons for pallets — mention it in the form.

Most packaging suppliers say “we do everything”. It costs both sides two weeks of correspondence to get to “actually, no”. We prefer to say it straight away.
If the list below describes your situation — don’t fill in the form . We save you time, and you won’t be waiting for a quote that isn’t coming anyway.
The process is the same at 2,000 and at 100,000 pcs. Only the production schedule differs.
We receive the product, dimensions and quantity. We select the construction, flute type and board grade. Within 24 working hours you have an offer: unit price at several quantity breaks, tooling cost, lead time and delivery terms.
We finalise the specification and quantities, agree payment terms and the schedule. The order is confirmed in writing — from that moment the deadline counts.
You receive the dieline for your artwork. We check your file technically (bleeds, resolution, colours, fonts). A visualisation or a physical mock-up for approval — production starts after your “approved”.
3–4 weeks from approval. Printing to the approved colour reference, conformity check against the mock-up, and on re-orders the same specification from our system.
DAP to the address you specify in the EU — a warehouse, a logistics operator or a fulfilment centre. The specification stays in the system: the next order is one message.
Most of our orders are repeat deliveries for the same companies. If you’re looking for a supplier for years, not for one run — what a purchasing department usually needs, we have ready.
Offer within 24 working hours: unit price at several quantity breaks, tooling cost shown separately, lead time and delivery terms. One account manager from enquiry to invoice.
Delivery schedule and call-offs in batches. Approved specification, die-cut and colour reference saved in our system — a re-order is one message, not a new project.
VAT invoice in PLN or EUR, DAP delivery to the address you specify in the EU. Payment terms are set in the offer — differently for an ongoing partnership than for a first order.
Company registration data and EU VAT ID for supplier onboarding, FSC® certificate on request, material specification and recyclability information for PPWR requirements.
All our packaging is made from recycled board and is fully recyclable. We don’t use plastic laminates or film windows unless you order them yourself.
From 12 August 2026 the EU regulation PPWR (EU) 2025/40 applies, tightening the requirements for packaging placed on the EU market — recyclability, recycled content, minimisation of empty space and labelling. If your customers or your purchasing department have started asking about it, tell us in your enquiry — we’ll select the construction and material to meet those requirements.
Download the eco markSpecific answers, no “it depends”. If something is missing here — ask in the form and we’ll add it.
First orders and test runs start from 2,000 pcs. Technically we can produce from 500 pcs, but at that quantity the unit price is several times higher — we recommend it only as a pre-series before a larger order. It becomes cost-effective from 5,000 pcs. For smaller quantities we’ll honestly advise printed stock boxes.
Yes — from 2,000 pcs, to exactly the specification we later re-order. The die-cut, board grade, artwork and colour reference are saved in our system, so a re-order is one message, and the unit price at 5,000 and 10,000 pcs is already in your first offer.
3–4 weeks from artwork approval to dispatch. The clock starts when the reference is approved, not when the enquiry is sent. Re-orders with a saved specification are faster.
We send you the dieline in a vector format. Your designer works on it, we check the file before printing. We don’t create visual identities from scratch.
PDF with outlined fonts, AI or EPS. Colours in CMYK or Pantone, 3 mm bleed, raster graphics at least 300 dpi at 1:1 scale. Every file goes through a technical check before production.
That’s what the approved reference is for. We save it with the specification and check conformity on every subsequent batch. It’s the most common cause of complaints in the industry, which is why we treat it as a separate step of the process.
The whole European Union. We serve more than 100 brands in over 15 countries. Delivery to the address you specify, to a logistics operator’s warehouse or directly to a fulfilment centre.
A visualisation is standard for every project. We prepare a physical sample for larger and repeat orders — mention it in your enquiry and we’ll include it in the quote.
Set-up costs — die-cut, machine make-ready, printing plate — are fixed regardless of quantity. That’s why the unit price drops most sharply between 2,000 and 5,000 pcs — at 5,000 it is up to 5× lower than at a few hundred pieces. Every quote shows the 2,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 breaks side by side so you can compare.
The internal dimensions of the box (length × width × height) or the dimensions of the product that has to fit inside — we calculate the external dimensions and the dieline. If you only have the product, give its dimensions and weight.
Yes — in the offer, delivery to the address you specify in the EU (DAP) is a separate, visible line, as is the die-cut cost. You see the full cost before you decide, with no surprises on the invoice.
VAT invoice in PLN or EUR. Payment terms are set in the offer — differently for a first order than for an ongoing partnership with a delivery schedule. Tell us in your enquiry if your purchasing department has its own requirements.
That’s enough to get a specific quote within 24 working hours.

Custom printed packaging is packaging produced for a specific product and a specific brand — in an individual size, from the chosen board, with print prepared from the customer’s files. It differs from catalogue cartons, which are bought in ready sizes from stock. For a B2B company that difference has three dimensions: a fitted size lowers shipping cost and void fill, print turns the packaging into a brand carrier, and a repeatable specification lets you order exactly the same product for years.
CustomPack produces printed packaging in the European Union for companies in e-commerce, cosmetics, food, supplements, electronics and retail. First orders and test runs start from 2,000 pcs, and re-orders run to over 1 million pcs a year, including repeat deliveries on a monthly schedule.
The choice starts not with the box but with the product and the way it reaches the recipient. If the product ships by courier directly to the end customer, the right starting point is the FEFCO 0427 mailer box — it closes without tape, looks clean when opened and withstands courier handling. If the product stands on a retail shelf and has to sell on looks, the FEFCO 0215 product box on E flute or micro-flute makes more sense, where print quality is noticeably higher. For transporting larger quantities and pallet shipments the FEFCO 0201 slotted carton is used, where strength matters and print is usually limited to a logo and logistics markings. For premium products, where the opening itself is part of the experience, the right choice is a rigid box with magnetic closure .
The second parameter is the flute type. The smoother the surface, the better the print but the lower the mechanical resistance — which is why E flute suits light products and strong graphics, while B, C and BC flutes suit heavier and oversized shipments. EB flute combines both requirements and is a frequent choice for large mailers for brands that don’t want to give up either looks or strength.
Five factors affect the unit price: construction (complexity of the die-cut and the number of gluing operations), material (flute type, board grade, board colour), print (technology, number of colours, degree of surface coverage), finishes (varnish, foil, embossing) and quantity .
Quantity is the most powerful variable, because set-up costs — making the die-cut, machine make-ready, printing plates — are largely fixed and are spread across all pieces in the run. That’s why the difference in unit price between 2,000 and 5,000 pcs is usually much greater than between 20,000 and 50,000 pcs. For the same reason first orders and test runs start from 2,000 pcs, and we consider 5,000 the cost-effectiveness threshold: technically fewer can be produced, but at a few hundred pieces the price per piece stops making sense for the buyer and printed stock boxes work out cheaper.
Artwork is always prepared on the dieline — the construction template we send once the dimensions are agreed. The production file should be saved as PDF with outlined fonts, AI or EPS, at 1:1 scale, with colours in CMYK or with specified Pantone colours, 3 mm bleed and raster graphics at a minimum of 300 dpi. Fonts must be outlined or embedded.
The most common errors we catch before production are: graphics in RGB instead of CMYK, missing bleed, important elements placed too close to crease lines, logo resolution too low, and artwork made on a different version of the dieline than the approved one. Every file goes through our technical check, and any discrepancies are reported before production starts, not after.
Corrugated board is one of the best-recovered packaging materials in Europe — it is fully recyclable and in practice largely produced from recovered fibre. Our packaging is made from recycled board and contains no plastic laminates by default. On request we produce orders on material certified by FSC® , confirming that the fibre comes from responsibly managed forests.
From 12 August 2026 the regulation PPWR (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste applies. Among other things it introduces requirements on packaging recyclability, minimisation of empty space in transport packaging and labelling. For companies selling on the EU market this means the choice of construction and material is no longer only an aesthetic and cost decision — it also becomes a matter of compliance. When enquiring, it’s worth stating straight away whether the packaging has to meet specific requirements of your purchasing department or end customer.
Packaging imported from outside the EU is sometimes cheaper per piece, but it introduces three costs into the process that surface later: time (sea freight counted in weeks and months instead of days), risk (customs, delays, no possibility of a quick correction when something goes wrong) and minimum quantities usually many times higher than with local production. For a brand that is growing and doesn’t know its exact demand for the next quarter, a short supply chain is a measurable operational advantage — it lets you order more often and in smaller batches without tying up capital in stock.
